  • What can I buy in the Pearson Rewards store?

    You can purchase any product published by our sister companies, Penguin Group (USA) and DK (USA), that is currently in print. At any given time this is approximately 30,000 books.

It includes manuals, encyclopedias, atlases, maps and handbooks. DK's children's reference titles are second to none. The list covers a vast range of children's interests for every age group—dinosaurs, space, nature, history, religion, sport and science. In addition the publishing also includes a number of richly illustrated and highly accessible encyclopedias for learners of every age.

  • At what discount can I purchase the books?
  • A 30% discount is offered to Pearson customers who live in the U.S. and its territories and protectorates.

  • How do I shop for books?

    You can either browse for books by subject or search for books by keyword, title, author, or ISBN using the quick search in the top right corner of your screen. If you're having trouble finding a book, try the advanced search to narrow your results.

    If you're having difficulty using the site, you can send an email to the Pearson Rewards support staff. To expedite a reply to your question, please use a subject line of "Pearson Rewards."

  • How do I order books?

    Simply click on the "add to cart" link for the items you wish to order. From there, you can choose to check out or continue shopping. Once you've added each title you wish to order, you can check out.

  • When and where will I receive my books?

    Most books will ship within two business days. You will be notified if there is a delay in your shipment due to backordering. Books can be shipped to your office or home address using the "Bill to" and "Ship to" options within the shopping cart..

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    The fastest way to check the status of an order is to refer to your "smart receipt," which you will receive on checking out. When your books ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a UPS tracking number. You can then track your shipment at www.ups.com.
